Air Factory Trampoline Park Job Vacancies:

Duty Manager – Full time

Works with your team to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, service quality, safety, cleanliness and sanitation. Having management background at least two years from the leisure or hospitality industry would be an advantage.

Court Supervisor – Full time

As Court Supervisor you will handle customer complaints, court issues and will act as the communicator between floor staff and management. You set the tone on the courts; you have the most interaction with customers within our facility. You are expected to create a fun and safe experience for all those who visit our park. Your main functions are to ensure that all company policies are being followed and that all jump areas are properly maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. Court Supervisors oversee all functions of court monitors working under them.

Party Supervisor – Full time

As Party Supervisor you will oversee the function of all birthday parties & group events. You have seven main functions, servicing birthday parties and group events, verifying waivers, checking groups & parties in and out, preparing jumpers, upselling café items and party add-ons, and adhering to a strict timing schedule.

Café Supervisor – Full time

As Café Supervisor you will handle customer complaints, café issues and will act as the communicator between floor staff and management. Your main functions are to ensure that all food safety polices, health department policies and company policies are being adhered to. Café Supervisors oversee all functions of café staff working under them.

Court monitor – Full time/Part time

The ideal candidate will have a keen passion for sports and fitness, have an eye on detail, mature and responsible approach to health and safety, and be able to work in a high paced, loud environment. Your main functions are to ensure that all company policies are being followed and that all jump areas are properly maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. Firs aid certificate desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Receptionist – Full time/Part time

It is your responsibility to ensure that customers enter and exit the facility having the best possible experience! Your attitude directly affects how Air Factory Trampoline Park as a whole is perceived. As a receptionist, you have three main functions, selling and processing tickets, verifying waivers, preparing jumpers for their experience.

Café staff – Full time/Part time

Your main functions are to ensure that all health department & company policies are being adhered to while preparing and serving all food and beverage items to customers. Previous café experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
